Following a long tradition of great architecture of India is our goal that Namaste Tower will stand as a landmark structure, representatives from economic and cultural significance that developed in India. We aim to design a building that would be representative of the city.
The tower has been designed to meet the needs of large-scale Indian wedding. Opportunity Mehndi ceremony (where the bride’s hands and feet decorated with henna) is often one of the pre-wedding rituals are most important in India.
This design aims to build theme clasped hands with reference to the intricate Mehndi pattern through the building skin treatment. The tower will be put on fritted glass that combine to form a scale graphics architecture on the exterior of the building. This will create a sense of transparency and depth to the building while at the same time helping to maintain the quality of heat required to meet the design criteria for building envelope.
It is proposed that large-scale canopy for supporting a drop-off points of an array of solar thermal collectors. Given the available surface area and annual sunlight conditions have the potential to provide 12% of the energy needed to heat hot water for the hotel.
The tower consists of two separate wings (or hands) which together form the architectural expression “Namaste”. The space between the wings forming the corridor space. At both ends of a pair of atrium open space corridor will offer dramatic views framed hotel guests over the city.
This atrium also serves to bring natural light deep into the plan. On the factory floor atrium level is broken with internal garden that works to bring green into the corridor and atrium space. That is the central design goal to ensure that circulation area hotels, (including corridors) just as impressive as their own rooms.
Geometry of the podium was designed to integrate fully with the design of the tower. So it is a very symmetrical shape that responds like a canopy above the wings drop off. Containing mostly retail podium facade activated with water features and fountains that cascade to the street level.
At the height of a tall building atrium space quadruple generous wrap a Sky Restaurant and Bar which will provide a unique perspective for customers to get a panoramic city views. Below are some pictures Namaste tower that was built with incredible architect who was in India. survived to enjoy it ..
Architecture of the Hotel Namaste builds upon this expression of ancient India. Two wings of the hotel’s hands clasped together as regards the city of Mumbai. In this way the hotel’s architectural design provides the ultimate symbol of hospitality and welcome, as seen in as seen in the context of Indian culture.
